Hot and sweet curry thickened with lentils and served with pineapple. This is a North East recipe where pineapple is used, feel free to omit and increase the sugar content slightly to increase the sweetness. This recipe uses our tarka dhal recipe for the lentil component and is a great way to use up leftovers.
