Naga pickle is fermented chilli product using the naga chilli which is a very hot chilli grown the Indian subcontinent. The original is 70% chilli, this gold one is 90% - you can certainly notice the difference! A requirement for certain curries like the Phil but a great way to add chilli heat to any curry. Even a korma or tikka masala with a teaspoon of this is a different beast! Contains BARLEY and MUSTARD.
