A curry designed for the British in Victorian India (but don’t let that put you off!) it’s an amazing curry and still very popular today. Loads of flavour and depth with this one. Designed for lamb but this would work for chicken or beef too. Don’t skip on the mustard oil - it makes a massive difference.
