This curry is tipped as the new tikka masala. It’s kind of a cross between a tikka masala and a pathia. Its got slightly more heat than a tikka masala but still a mild curry and it contains a few unusual store cupboard ingredients.

This curry should use either tikka or tandoori chicken.
