A hot and sweet tomato based curry with beautiful levels of fresh flavour. The citrus notes make this perfect for prawn but works well with chicken too. This does have a sour element from the lemon but to be truly authentic you’ll need Tamarind Concentrate to give the curry its sweet and sour taste.
