Traditionally served with lamb but works just as well with chicken or beef, this a rich tomato based curry. The optional yogurt adds a nice balance but try it both ways to find your preference. An optional tarka of onions, pepper and tomato that are fried in butter and garam masala makes an amazing topping on this curry.
